Liquid Eyeliner

A water-based formulation glides on with perfect precision, creating an intense, deep (matte) black graphics that lasts up to 20 hours. The super long, tapered applicator tip creates a fine, feline flick with one fluid motion. Quick drying ink that will not smudge or run. Carefully formulated without controversial ingredients. With a light hand, gently line your lash line. Then, create a line going upwards at the end of your eyes to create a cat eye. Connect the tip of the wing to the middle of your eyes and just fill in the empty space.
